How We Help:

The first step of our DiSC training is to conduct confidential needs assessment interviews with each member of your team. Then we share that composite feedback with the leadership team prior to conducting the DiSC workshop. Each member of the team receives a learning journal to capture notes and a-has during the workshop as well as after the workshop with journal prompts to reinforce the learning. A “check in” session is facilitated 4 weeks after the workshop to clarify and reinforce the learning. 

We help you establish:
- better understanding of the value of each team member;
- better communication among team members;
- common language;
- better reward and recognition program;
- reduced turnover.

About DiSC:

DiSC® is the leading personal assessment tool used by over 1 million people every year to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication.

What is DiSC®?
The DiSC profile, published by Wiley, is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. If you participate in a DiSC program, you'll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior. You'll also receive tips related to working with people of other styles.

Note: Information here applies only to Everything DiSC and DiSC Classic assessments. It is likely that other tests using the name DISC have not been researched and validated to the depth of Wiley's DiSC products.

The DiSC® model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others— within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.
