The women I speak to know exactly what it feels like to put everyone else's needs ahead of their own. They don’t mind taking care of others but they’re tired... tired of feeling stressed out and tired of feeling overwhelmed. They silently fear they may be on the brink of burning out and they’re longing for a change.
I totally get it! That’s exactly how I felt 4 years ago. I was a corporate executive, volunteering on the board of a local nonprofit and mother of 4. “Busy” used to be my middle name and then I was diagnosed with breast cancer and everything changed. Now I empower burnt out, stressed-out women to create a personalized and fully-integrated self-care practice so that they can feel energized and satisfied. Life By Design

When I speak or coach, we always start with the most simple and effective tool for living life by design, the one that allows you to press pause anytime, anywhere: the breath.
We build upon the power of intentional breathing with other tools intended to help you shift from life by default to life by design like mindfulness, meditation, and laughter. But more than anything, we work with you to change your beliefs by practicing saying no, setting boundaries and honoring your emotions.
This stuff is addicting. Once you get a taste of it, you’ll want more. And when you do, our community will be waiting for you. It’s such a beautiful journey that you won’t want to do it alone.
